Editing Rates:

Base rate of $.75 per printed manuscript page in basic format (10-12 point standard font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins).

Unique and nonfiction project rates may vary. Final pricing will be discussed upon initial no-cost, no-obligation review; $30 minimum if project progresses.

Author responsible for all printing and shipping charges.

Melissa uses a "fresh eyes" perspective of editing that gives her work the natural flow of a reader's experience without usurping the author's authentic voice. Authors must provide printed copy of the work to be edited; galley proofs or printed pages are acceptable. Turnaround time varies; priority projects can be arranged for an additional fee.
